Payments:

All orders must be paid in full before we can confirm a shipping date. We take Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. Although the website doesn’t offer it, I do take Venmo and PayPal. If you prefer to use Venmo or PayPal, send me an e-mail (mountainriverreptiles@yahoo.com) with the ID#, price, morph of the gecko or geckos you are purchasing, your shipping address and e-mail we can reach you at. If you are paying over Instagram DMs or Facebook messenger with a credit card, please include the full name on your credit card, credit card number, three digit security code on your credit card, along with the ID#, price plus shipping, and morph of the gecko or geckos you are purchasing, plus your shipping address.

Geckos can be put on hold for up to 10 days without any fee. After the ten days is up, there is a 25% non-refundable deposit. Full payment must be completed within two weeks after the non-refundable deposit is payed.

WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP TO THE 48 CONTINENTAL STATES ****SHIPPING IS INCLUDED IN ORIGINAL PRICE****
Once we have received your payment in full, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your purchase and shipping date. We use Ship Your Reptiles, and FedEx priority overnight shipping to ship all of our animals. There must be someone home to sign for your new reptile(s).
*Due to COVID-19 we are only shipping on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to help avoid delays for arrivals on Wednesday and Thursday.

Guarantees:

We guarantee live arrival if there is someone home to sign for the package. We guarantee the sex and genetics of our geckos to thee best of our knowledge. If any animal is DOA please contact us immediately. We require a picture of the deceased animal, and you will be fully refunded.
*WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO WITHHOLD LIVE GUARANTEE IF THERE IS INADEQUATE HUSBANDRY FOR THE ANIMAL AFTER DELIVERY
